By accessing or using Gnc Development ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gnc Development provides a private script hosting platform for Roblox executors. Scripts are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and served exclusively through authenticated executor requests. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Gnc Development is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, host, or distribute scripts that:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code targeting users or third-party systems
• Are designed to harm, harass, or exploit other users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any scripts you upload. By uploading content to the Service, you grant Gnc Development a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Service Availability

Gnc Development is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any activity that may harm the Service or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gnc Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

10. Community

Gnc Development maintains a community Discord server at discord.gg/wZTjPY7CgN. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not share, distribute, or leak any scripts hosted on the platform without permission
• Not spam, advertise unrelated services, or engage in disruptive behaviour
• Follow all Discord Terms of Service in addition to these rules

Violation of community rules may result in removal from the server and/or termination of your Gnc Development account.
